Our services include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Marketing and advertising of the property.
  • Qualifying prospective tenants.
  • Full state and locally approved lease agreements.
  • Timely and complete move in and out inspections.
  • Scheduled interim inspection of the property.
  • Collection of rents and full eviction services.
  • Maintaining accounting of all income and expenses.
  • Handle problems incurred with the tenant, such as non-payment of rent, yard
  • Initiate repairs or estimates to be made when necessary.
  • Above all, we stay in constant correspondence with the owner of the
    property being managed.

OUR FEES
There are NO hidden fees with Key Property Management.
View our fee structure below:
•8%-10% Monthly management fee, minimum of $75 per month
•Up to $100 Per month marketing fee includes all newspaper/print and internet advertising.
•$300 One time administration fee on the initial leasing, you are never charged this fee again.
•$125 Annual account lease renewal fee, only if the tenant renews for an additional year.
At times there is a leasing commission paid by the owner after the property is leased. This referral commission varies from $300 and up, it is paid to the brokerage of the referring agent that found and showed the property to the tenant through the multiple listing service.
In order to get everything started we do require a $200 reserve deposit that will remain in your operating account for any emergency repairs or other expenses after the rent payment has been. This is not a fee and is returned to you upon termination.
