I will give you a quick run down of what we offer and our Fees.
If your property is vacant... we charge 50% of the first Fulls months rent.. That includes all Marketing and administrative fees..once it gets leased we charge 8% every month there after.. we advertise on the Multiple Listing Service..which other agents may show to their clients so we ask that the owner pay anywhere from $200.00-$300.00 One time Referral Fee if the agent brings us a qualified Tenant. We do not ask for any fees up front all we ask is that the home is rent ready and ready to show!! If you have 3 or more properties with one owner then the monthly percentage with decrease, 3,4 or 5 properties 7%, 6,7, or 8 Properties 6%, and 9 or more properties 5%.
If your Home is Leased.. there is a Set up fee of $300.00 one time to our Administrator. and then a 8% monthly Fee after.
We advertise on the MLS and Realtor.com and we also have a web site that branches out to six more web sites If your home is near Nellis Air Force Base we have a special web site for which homes we advertise that are close to the base.
