They should be called Ace Property Mis-Management! The poorest service I've ever seen. We don't understand how they stay in business. The ONLY nice service came from the young lady receptionist. She was very helpful and actually showed signs of caring about the problems we were having with our leased property. However our manager Tammy was simply a Terrible person to deal with.

I highly recommend Shelter Realty Property Management Company. Dale and his staff are top-notch! They look out for my (the property owner) best interest and also take good care of the tenants. There are no hidden costs, everything is documented. They are very professional. Our property was leased in less than two weeks. They did all the work to get the property rented. I am very pleased with their service. San Jose, CA

Thanks so much for the great Job! I feel so at ease knowing that your company is handling my property. My last property management company was never on top of anything, and I had to constantly call them about issues I had. It took them forever to get back to me. I even had to deal with my old tenant myself at times. The crew at Shelter Realty are excellent, they are one of the few companies that actually do what they say they are going to do for you and your property. I live 300 miles from my property and Shelter Realty takes the stress out renting out my property.

A great experience for the shortsale of my home. The whole experience could have been super stressful, but wasn't. Thanks to the people at Shelter Realty everything went smoothly and successfully. I've never felt better taken care of. Thank you for all your help and support Shelter Realty!

This is my first experience as a Landlord. Shelter Realty has been with me all the way. From my initial contact with them over a year ago, they have been professional and responsive to not only my tenants' needs, but my needs as well. They listed and rented my property for my full asking price in less than a week after it was posted. I have great peace of mind knowing that my property is well maintained. I highly recommend their services.

My wife and I had just arrived from Japan after 9 years abroad. New to the Las Vegas area, we were overwhelmed with culture shock, driving on the other side of the road, learning our way around and finding a place to rent. After calling several agencies over a 4 day period, Dale and Tony with Shelter Realty were the only ones to return my call. On short notice and over a holiday weekend, Tony took time out of his day on several occasions to show us rental properties and provided us valuable information on the local area. His customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Other Realtors should take note!

Within a week of first contacting Shelter Realty they had booked a full cleaning of the property, listed and rented the property at full asking price. Their agents are courteous, professional and extremely punctual in returning calls related to all aspects of listing rental properties. I will use them again for future rental properties.
